1. Definitions

• "Codethicket" / "we" / "us" / "our" — Codethicket, operating at 30/7 Chang Khlan Road, Chang Khlan, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand.
• "User" / "you" — any person who accesses our website or enrols in a course.
• "Services" — the online AI development courses and related materials provided by Codethicket.
• "Content" — all course material, exercises, code, text, and resources made available through the Services.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or completing an enrolment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Codethicket course. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Codethicket provides online, self-paced AI development courses at three levels:

• Intro to Programming for AI (฿3,800)
• Hands-On Model Building (฿16,900)
• Advanced AI Projects with Mentorship (฿33,000)

Courses are delivered through our online portal and are accessible to learners worldwide, subject to the technical requirements of our platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at reasonable notice.

4. User Accounts

Access to enrolled courses requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in breach of this Agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Services you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during enrolment.
• Use course material only for your own personal learning.
• Not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share course content without our written consent.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract course material in bulk.
• Treat any communication with instructors or mentors respectfully and professionally.
• Not submit work that is not your own when seeking mentor feedback.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content — including text, code samples, exercises, videos, and written notes — remains the intellectual property of Codethicket. Enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal study.

Code you write yourself in the course of exercises or projects remains yours. You grant Codethicket no rights over your own work product.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Codethicket course material without prior written permission.

7. Payment Terms

All course fees are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment. We accept payment via the methods listed on our enrolment page.

Refund policy: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase and before you have accessed more than 20% of the course material will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] with your request. Refunds are not available once significant course content has been accessed or in the Advanced programme once a mentor session has been held.

Prices are subject to change. Changes will not affect enrolments already completed.

8. Course-Specific Terms

• Access: Course material is accessible from the date of enrolment. Access does not expire unless your account is terminated for breach of these terms.
• Updates: We may revise course content when material becomes outdated. Updated editions are offered to enrolled learners at our discretion.
• Mentorship (Advanced programme): Mentorship is personal to the enrolled learner. Sessions may not be transferred, delegated, or assigned to another person. The number and scheduling of sessions are as described on the course detail page.
• Completion: We do not issue formal academic qualifications or accredited certifications. The Advanced programme results in a portfolio project and written feedback; this does not constitute a degree or diploma.
• Academic integrity: Submitting work that is not your own for mentor review is a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of your enrolment without refund.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the content for any particular purpose, its completeness, or its suitability for your specific learning goals.

Completing a Codethicket course does not guarantee any specific employment outcome, career advancement, or technical proficiency level. The material supports learning; outcomes depend on the learner's effort and application.

Course content is educational and does not constitute professional advice in any regulated field.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Codethicket's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codethicket, its founders, instructors, and team members from and against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of our Services, or any infringement of third-party rights caused by your actions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach any provision of this Agreement. You will be notified by email where possible. No refund will be issued for terminations caused by your breach.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of course fees already paid.

Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation. Failing resolution through mediation, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Codethicket regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Failure by either party to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
• Notices: Notices to Codethicket should be sent to [email protected]. We will send notices to the email address provided during enrolment.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, enrolled learners will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
